I ordered a blanket, sweater and two scarves from on a Sunday and they were delivered to Texas, USA by Thursday afternoon - 4 days later - amazing. The items received were better in quality than I thought they might be. The photos were very accurate in color and sizing was accurate. I highly recommend your company and you can feel safe in ordering directly from Ireland.

It arrived perfectly and it is of great quality. It arrived just in time for Valentine's day here in the US. It is very soft and looks great on. I was not sure I would like the larger collar. The only issue is that if I am not wearing a scarf with it, my neck iches a lot. I will save it for the really cold days of winter here in the pacific northwest.

The two parcels of wool and instructions arrived with amazing speed, just three days - can't get something across Sydney that fast! The packaging was good and dry as it was pouring rain here. Having conquered the previous pattern for a Kelly sweater, the new patterns no longer terrify me. I found the instructions very confronting with my first sweater -you probably realise that they do not look anything like those in Australian books and I was a bit confused as to what to do. It took me 6 attempts to get it sorted out and to understand how the whole thing worked. My family are very good at ""me too"", hence the need to keep knitting.

I was thrilled to receive my Clan (O'Meara) Sweater on Valentine's Day - almost a month earlier than previously informed, as my sweater had special requirements. I cried tears of joy. The sweater was softer and lighter in weight than I ever imagined. It was perfect and exceeded my every expectation- a true sweater of great quality. I've worn it in our Northern Michigan weather, very cold, rainy and snowy, without a jacket and was kept WARM and DRY!!! Thank you for anwering all my many questions and making the ordering process easy and true. I am very grateful to the knitter who knit my sweater, one stich at a time.

The sweaters arrived VERY quickly. I ordered them on the Saturday, they were dispatched on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. The sweaters were absolutely PERFECT. I am totally delighted with them. My friend had suggested that I knit my own, but it has been so long since I was taught to knit, I wouldnt have a clue how to start. My only ability is crocheting, which I learnt from my Grandmother.Many, many thanks for all your help prior to me placing an order. Package arrived in 3 days. Customer service was very helpful as we talked back & forth about measurements & sizing. I was not measuring correctly. They suggested I order a small in the unisex sweater so it would not be too bulky. It fits perfect and l love it. I also ordered childrens gloves as my hands are small and I have a hard time finding ladies gloves that fit. They gave me measurements of fingers & palm. They fit great too. Wish I would have ordered 2 pair. Thanks again for all your help and answering back promptly.

The sweaters were delivered very quickly and well before Christmas. They are quite lovely, especially the long merino wool hooded cardigan. Beautiful! I routinely clean my closet out and I dont imagine I will ever give up this piece.I love the idea that you are using local knitters and creating a worldwide "cottage industry" that produces extremely high quality and yet still affordable goods. I dont buy anything "Made in China" ... it just doesnt compare. Thanks again for keeping quality and local craftsmanship alive -- keep up the good work!

The sweaters were delivered very quickly and well before Christmas. They are quite lovely, especially the long merino wool hooded cardigan. Beautiful! I routinely clean my closet out and I dont imagine I will ever give up this piece.I love the idea that you are using local knitters and creating a worldwide "cottage industry" that produces extremely high quality and yet still affordable goods. I dont buy anything "Made in China" ... it just doesnt compare. Thanks again for keeping quality and local craftsmanship alive -- keep up the good work!

Placed my order for 2 sweaters & 2 pairs of wool socks on a Fri & much to my amazement they were delivered to my home in the US on Mon! The 2 sweaters are absolutely lovely - the yarn is thick, soft & plush & the knitting is intricate & done with a great deal of care. Both fit beautifully & feel wonderful on. These are sweaters that will be lovingly worn for many decades as signature pieces in my fall & winter wardrobe. Socks are thick & wooly - cant find anything like them in my local shops! The quality & craftmanship of these items FAR exceed their cost.I spoke with customer service several times & they were over-the-top helpful & very quick to respond.
